At the south east coast of the mainland Spain in the Mediterranean Sea is Mallorca, this is the largest of the Balearic Islands. In the center of Mallorca in el Pla (the plain area of the island), is ideal to know the cultural life, and to buy the typical products of the region at the weekly markets is a very interesting experience. This area is also good for cycling tours.
Playa de Palma - Can Pastilla – El Arenal
The Can Pastilla , Playa de Palma and el Arenal beaches, form a 8km big fine sandy bay and is the most famous beach in Mallorca.
The beach is only 150 metres from the hotel Roc Leo making it ideal for a family holiday. The nearest beach, known as Balneario Zero, is reckogniced to be the best locally for water-sports, especially windsurfing, kite-surfing and sailing. Cyclists find the hotel an ideal location as do those wishing to explore the delights of Palma. Similarly those carrying out business in the Palma area value the proximity to the airport.
Apart from the beach the local area offers a plethora of restaurants, bars, nightlife and shops. Close to the hotel is the new aquarium and shopping centre and there are many activities on offer including water-skiing, diving and horse riding all making this popular hotel excellent value for money.
